If the order is placed by 12PM EST, the order will be shipped out the next business day (M-F), if after 12PM EST, the order will ship out within two business days. (M-F).

If ordering within the continental U.S, your order should be received within 5-7 business days. Once your order has left our store, we will then send out an email to you with your tracking information. Please allow 24 hours after the item has left, to track your package online with USPS.

EXPRESS SHIP TAKES 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS.
If your order is placed Monday – Thursday by 4PM, your order will be ship the next day. You can expect to receive your item the next business day; unless you live in a 2-day area.

You're responsible for all customs and duties fees. Yaanique Kritique cannot anticipate these costs and will not be able to reimburse you for any additional fees incurred. Before placing your order, please contact your local customs office, or U.S. Postal Service branch office, to find out what types of fees you can expect.
Cancellation Policy
Once your order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. In some instances, every effort will be taken to modify orders in the case you may need it. Please email: yaaniquekthick@gmail.com ASAP.
DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
Upon receipt, please inspect your order immediately. If you believe you have received defective merchandise, you must contact us within 24 hours after receipt at yaaniquekthick@gmail.com so we may address the issue. WE DO NOT ACCEPT DEFECTIVE RETURNS ON WORN ITEMS, this will be verified!
REFUSED PACKAGES
If your package is refused or returned from USPS, you're responsible for the shipping cost to re-ship the package. Yaanique Kritique does not issue refunds nor reimburses shipping fees.
LOST PACKAGES
Yaanique Kritique is not responsible for lost or damaged packages due to USPS/UPS errors. We do not issue refunds or replacements on this matter.
UNVERIFIABLE ADDRESSES
Shipping addresses must be verifiable. Please check & double check all aspects of the address such as apt #, STE #, lot #, etc. If we cannot verify it, your order will be delayed until it is fixed.

This Due to cardholder security, all orders must be shipped to the credit card billing address, we do not ship to alternate addresses. The billing and shipping address must be the same to avoid cancellation
